Deep pan meat feast. Dont like it when its really warm, lovely when its not too hot, and in the morning when its cold.

Thin, crispy, and done to perfection in a proper oven a la Uncle Mort. The best pizza I ever had was in Tuscany. Pizza Hut can go stick it up their proverbials.

As far as shop bought pizza goes, the best I've encountered comes from Aldi.

Uncle Mort has it right - using the very best Italian ingredients...mozzarella, tomato, oregano and olive oil. My personal favourites are ham and artichoke, and a capricciosa (the amount of cooking of the egg in the middle is crucial).

Then to eat, cut into quarters, fold each quarter in half and eat with your hands

When I lived in Italy, the city's best pizzeria was 50m away so obviously I went a lot!
