Itching to get back on my bike's

Left the office window open overnight with a light on and had two of these months in the office this morning
Dodging showers this morning, got a lovely view of (i assume) a young Roe deer buck. Not sure if it was 100%, seemed to be carrying its right rear leg a bit stiffly, lo

And the Green Sandpiper is still here. Apparently theyve not been seen here for several years so the works theyve been doing to create a habitat particually for waders has been paying dividends already (the other one hasnt been seen for a week now although may still be around.

A Broad Barred White according to my phone......very nice.
Thanks we need to get a more up to date insect book as couldn't find anything close
My Samsung phone has a gizmo which allows me to draw a line around any object and it gives an i.d plus lots of info.
I was interested in Butterflies as there are 85 that are recognised as uk resident.
I looked into moths but iirc there are over 1,000 which put me off trying.
