was great day out bit of a head wind for the first 30 mile then it was ok ...the ride back from reeth - darlington was tail wind all the way...
A rather slow (read exceedingly slow) club ride of 40miles (did a similar distance on my own last week an hour quicker!) - shan't be going out with that particular group again!
including one with 4 arrows on it that I got to the top of first.......oh yeh ,,it didn't rain

Stratford Ilford & Romford must have changed a bit since I was there last

Still it was a pleasant wizz round although the route we followed advised a short cut down a bridleway which to be fair was ok for the first half mile then deteriorated that bad we got off and walked the last mile (missed out Kirkham that's all) So another 20 miler (20.88 according to his nibs's gps thingy) One thing that's evident from these last two trips out, I'm going to have to get a new bike (she said gleefully
) BUT what sort??????? a road bike is out of the question pearls before swine so I'll have to have a shuftie around the LBS..... decisions decisions
