Well yesterday, Vila Do Bispo to Cabo De Sao Vicente via Fortaleza de Sagres and back via Praia Do Barranco all in all around 25 miles.

Taken from Praia do Beliche, the little black dots are surfers and Cabo De Sao Vicente is the last headland, with some interesting fishing spots.

Steady 65KM today on a loop out south east from Ely, through a few villages skirting Mildenhall and Newmarket before heading back via Wicken.
Glorious sunshine all the way although was a little bit overdressed.

Another 50km Dawn raid. I’m enjoying it right now (*And I’m in the USA on vacation for the last two weeks of the month)…..so going with the flow 🚴😁

Somewhere very dark, very early on the Norfolk Broads. **In Suffolk 🤣

My 3rd 50km ride of the Month so far. And a bit quicker than recent. Winter riding / consistent efforts of late pushing me along a bit faster………🤷‍♂️

Absolutely glorious weather today - bright, clear and mild; my first time riding in short sleeves this year.

Firstly a run into town to the charity shop with panniers stuffed with clothes I'd somewhat reluctantly agreed to be "donated"; quelle surprise they were no good so I made the executive decision to get them gone ASAP rather than let them turn into yet another lingering issue. Tried to make the trip a net-positive by getting rid of a pair of shoes I bloody hate too..

Then it was back to the flat for a bit to pick up the rings (since they'd not fit in the panniers previously), then onward to the park for a reasonable session - if ill-timed as it was full of kids; some of whom also had an interest in using the bars / my rings....

A shade under 28 slow, wafty miles and the first time this year I've felt that compelling urge for carefree, aimless meandering that comes with decent weather
