Out to Clatworthy Reservoir today with a friend. This is one of the tougher rides locally, starting with typical bumpy Somerset roads and, after Wiveliscombe turning into something much tougher as you get into West Somerset.

It is a Faran but they are SimWorks X Honjo mudguards.
Thanks - I'd love one of these but couldn't justify keeping the Genesis as well given their similarity, and I don't think I could bear to part with the CdF..

Tonight exceeded any expectations I might have had upon awaking groggy mid-morning; and I couldn't resist a waft along the river and through town to the rings and shop, given how nice the weather was (the warmth has finally arrived today)

A hot 90KM ride today mostly around the villages of West Suffolk today.
Started a bit iffy as I couldn't seem to get going but after crossing over the A11 got in a nice groove and the wind seemed to ease down a bit.

Rolled through Herringswell, Tuddenham and Cavenham with a stop at Herringswell church to scoff a banana, then over the A14 to Barrow and another stop for food and a drink before heading in a general North-West direction via Dalham and Moulton.

Then back over the A14 to Isleham for another stop for a cold bottle of water to top up the bidons plus an ice-cream and back home the way I came .

Not many cyclists about but a couple of groups of motorcycles(Harleys or similar) and two Ferraris buzzing around; also saw a sparkling Honda cub but couldn't get a pic as there was a lot of traffic messing about at the pub/cafe where it was parked.
