Kickr dead!! Killed it going up the alp last night.
Couldn’t have happened at better time I suppose as RW this weekend. Off to Surrey hills tomorrow hope the replacement arrives in time for stage 4 and hoping even more my slump in form was down to trainer playing up

These modern direct drive trainers are fantastic when you can use them wisely but when training is getting out of hands i have noticed that progress of your physical shape can halt for awhile. I have difficulties to hold on myself and keep enough time to recover. I think i break myself in pieces sooner before my trainer give up.

Kickrs don't like hills do they? Mine went all Pete Tong on the Alpe too hence why I switched to the Neo.

Read yesterday it was due out. Might do a spin on there later on a TT bike.

Pan flat most of the way on the new road. A little climbing to get to them from Ocean boulevard but nothing difficult. Good TT course

I noticed bridge and roadblocks in that new map. It looks that more is coming in that area, especially climbs.

There are road blocks on some of the other worlds, London and New York has them. I just wonder when they are going to be expanded.

That's true. Cyclist who lookin for extreme steep climbs probably waitin that steep climb open in Innsbruck what was in World Championships last lap.

I see on the new expansion there is now an uber pretzel with 130km of route....ending at the top of alpe du zwift

That's true. Cyclist who lookin for extreme steep climbs probably waitin that steep climb open in Innsbruck what was in World Championships last lap.

Presumably the World Championship course in Yorkshire will appear at some point.

I just take a look a profile of that course. Lookin tough course, at least the first half. If Zwift release that course they probably release the Harrogate part only.

Bert... Kickr down is a sad day

Riding dilemma this weekend... It's the first practise race for the CLS summer crit series tomorrow afternoon which I was hoping to do... but it's also glorious outside... Can I really do ~40 miles inside when it's 20 degress outside or do I get out in the fresh air? The only things that are possibly keeping me indoors is how much I've been looking forward to this series and the fact that I have a free week when it's supposed to stay warm and sunny for most of the week.
