I'd planned to race today, a hare and hounds event. But I felt absolutely drained from my 50 mile endurance ride-more so than my 60 miler. My heart rate was elevated right up to going to bed. Its much better this morning, but slightly high-So change of plan, a relaxing pootle around the new course for an hour. Flop on the settee watch some biathlon

What you lot doing this cold Sunday, now the storm has blown over?

Got a 3hr Endurance ride on the plan. With ice on the roads, it will be indoors - so big Zwift ride on the way. Decent walk with the dog later as well.

Going to buy a car! Then going to a mates for a coffee. Chilling before tomorrow's DBR race.

Amazing how light some components can be, but you need deep pockets!

There's a bit of conflicting information but it looks like it is entry by application / invite only.
It's all kicking off in the YouTube chat as it seems a number of riders got kicked out mid race for some reason and they've taken to YouTube to vent 😀

Just been out for a run, beautiful morning here in NE Bristol.
Needed to run just over 7K to complete my target of 500K for 2021.

So did one of my favourite loops through the Frome Valley & back via the Leap Valley.

I've had a good year of running ( 3 years ago I couldn't even run for a bus) & chuffed to complete my target with a month to go...

12 hours sleep (8-8) on Friday night and another 9 last night (9-6), and I’m almost feeling as if I’m back on an even keel!

Watching it now. Good to see more attacks, is there a consensus that the new pack dynamics are better for that? In the last race I did all cats started together and 5 a's got away from a larger group of as and bs which I haven't seen very often (then a zwiftpower C bridged and went past everyone)
