Paul is doing 3 sisters route, you could joins him. I don't know his start time. 30 miler, lots of climbing a fast descending
I’m not much company for Paul, virtual or real world these days. He’s a bit quick at the moment
Do the 'Andy' mountain 8 challenge, 19 miles set a time and then work to better it
