Lots of drafting and wheelsucking, with a little push up the hill each lap. I find those races excellent interval training rides, great for the sprint/recover training.Nice result Carl
Nothing wrong with those short Crit races of course - and no offence but as you're not right at the top of Cat B with regards the 20min power measure no worries for you (I'd also be safe with them myself!)
That said, you actually managed to come 6th and still somehow only do Cat C 20 min power numbers anyway - impressive in it's own way!
I do really enjoy the Crit races ... my aim today was hang on to lead group for a lap or 2, so I was well chuffed lasting til the end.
