Gave it bloody good go today New PB by 3 mins for the Alpe

I did this exact race last year and it took me 1hr 40 mins at a total ave power of 207 watts. Signed up to the 3 o'clock ride today so be interesting if I can knock a few minutes off this.

Excuses .... I raced yesterday and legs are still a bit tired

Had a last minute weigh in the morning (post haircut! who mentioned marginal gains?)

Didn't lose the necessary 40kg to be competitive today, same weight as before christmas. Lanterne Rouge effort coming methinks! Some amazing times already, well done.

Same here, had a weigh in earlier and still 82.7 so will leave weight at 83kg. Oh well, bring it on

I was watching @mjd1988 when he flew past you on the down section into the jungle. You must have had a pretty good climb on the KoM going into the jungle section.
