I am a full time carer for the wife , but still have plenty of time to do my riding and other things I was medically discharged from the Royal Navy in 1987 on a very good pension so have never really need to work

Great you can care full time for wife That's my new 'job' too .... pity the pay is so shoot I'm hoping come the new year I'll be riding more (Zwift and Bkool) as really want to be below 70kg for ToC next year. Losing this extra 4kg shouldn't be so hard ...but then the cakes in our local deli are so nice

Yes stage 3 is TOL stage 2

I've been struck down by the lurgy so missed stage 1 of TOL unfortunately. Starting to feel a bit better today so might have a go at stage 2 tonight if I feel up to it - although it might be wiser to wait until tomorrow

Finish is the banner ,when you come back down the other side of box hill then threw the train tunnel up the stairs and over the bridge then the Finish banner , if you understand that
