I’m feeling a bit snookered really… stuck between injury and not wanting to stop training. It’s going to be a painful few weeks if that race is anything to go by because even writing this I know I’m not going to stop training. Bit shite really. Defo first world problem though…

Until Alex dropped a rocket and shot off creating a 30sec lead in no time.
