Dad came out of hospital yesterday. Hectic day. Wife needs the car to get to an appointment of her own tomorrow.
I think I need a simple club ride with no extra stress so I won't be there this year. Hope maybe I can clear the decks for third time lucky? Have a good one.

There is another club event (Coventry CC) on the longer course on 4 October, the equivalent of the event Martin and I rode last year. I won't be there, though - I've got Monsal the following day and don't think I've got enough chits from Mrs M to cover it.
