Taken the Volcano Climb top spot, only just and Corkscrew time was slower as expected.

What route is that?

ahh, the whole route. Just looking at times on the various volcano segments going up to see where i need to put the real effort in.

Power over lighter weight on anything 4% or less and there's a lot of that.
I will be happy to get under 8min.

Don't think I have completed it before, certainly not since they updated a lot of the workout sessions. I've done Sweet Spot Base 1 several times. I think 2 focuses more on the VO2 Max element.
Im on my second block of the sustained power build but I'm thinking i neen to work on my power for much longer now so looking at the sweet spot block on the build phase or the 40k tt block for the specialist phase which does look fking brutal

I think I need some new scales. My current ones seem to suggest I have put on a kg or so. if it stays this way, I'll have to up my Zwift weight

When I was actively trying to drop kg’s I went through a faze of weighing myself too much. Now I just weigh myself once a week maximum, and always at the same time (for me this is Sunday morning before I eat). And I don’t think I’ll be weighing myself now for at least 3 weeks! :hungry::cheers::blink:
