Been back on the bike for less than 2 weeks (just!) and have covered 110 miles already - I forgot how much fun it was Must stop rehydrating with cider though . . . . . .

I think that's further than I covered in Feb!

I'm only going along to cheer. Won't be stepping foot or wheel on the track so that's one less accident!

the legs still seem to work - it's just the time in (on!) the saddle that's taking a bit of getting used to! I have a 10mile commute now so that helps - although the local drivers seem to have London aggression and much more speed! Bit scary
