Useful tips
Get there early, an hour would be good.
Find me and let me have your money.
Bring matching shoes and pedals (if you are using your own pedals)
15mm Spanner
Normal riding kit (appropriate for the weather)
Helmet
Gloves
Do not stop pedaling.
Do not crash in to me.
Have lots of Fun
Drink too much AFTER the session.

I've a fixed, is it just a case of disconnecting the front brake?

You can use your own bike but all brake parts need to be removed.

I'll be nursing my scratched new Pearson fixed, a bruised hip and a £280 bill for an old lady's wing mirror I managed to crash into on the way home yesterday.
