I was planning to have a day of organising, and making lists, making GPX files and stuff on Monday but instead I had a bit of a crisis to deal with. So I'm a bit behind on that.

Just to confirm that as I'm struggling with a knee injury I haven't done anything like enough training so I'm out :-(. Sounds great, have a fantastic ride.

I strained a back muscle whilst sitting awkwardly and presenting a tech seminar. Liberal use of deep heat and nurofen. Will update on Thursday. Hoping to be ok as i have been looking forward to this ride for so long
