I'll put together a turn by turn route, and other GPXy things before the day but just for now, here is the route in two halves
London-Milton Keynes and Milton Keynes-Rugby
The route doesn't actually go through MK so you need to join them together in the middle without going to MK. And don't carry on to Rugby! Or start at Charing Cross.

I'll do better files soon.
