It's here! They forgot to add the pf30 cups as I was told they were included but they weren't so they are due tommorrow but I balanced in the chainset fr the photo! Comes in at just under 7kg without the chainset, so considering the very heavy wheels and cheap bars/stem not bad! I haven't committed to stem height yet as I have a 90mm stem and might swap it for longer .

im glad i went with a 54 also as the top tube seems to touch my nuts where it starts to slope! the stem will probably end up slammed and the saddle needs to come down abit ( although it goes all the way down even when the bolts are fully tightened, i dont think carbon paste is going to cut it! i need to find a way of keeping it solid before i ride it

Looks good!

Looking forward to hearing how this rides with a top tier frame and middle tier running gear.

EDIT: Yikes! just seen the top tube clamped. Please use some foam to stop it from getting marked, and don't tighten it too much!

Smashing looking front mech

Looks a cracking job so far, looking forward to the finished job. Have Specialised not offered any solutions for the slipping tube? Seems odd that they'd not at least offer some suggestions.

They just recommended the use of carbon paste but I'm sure it's not supposed to be as loose as this, I'm just going to experiment with some home made shims and carbon paste I'm not sending it back I've waited enough with plenty of hastle it was three weeks late as it is, not to mention them forgetting to include the pf30 which was gaurenteed today my Royal Mail but the postie didn't bring it.

Coming soon: Bonking on a hill near you!
Are you gonna get a set of clip on TT bars or some wing bars?

Are the tyres different colours or is it just me? That would bug me something chronic!

Looks good, hopefully you can get the seat post sorted soon.

turns out the issue is the clamp its self not fitting correctly ill get a replacement evenually but for now some electrical tape wrapped around the top of the frame under the clamp has made a solid fit
