Seems to be confusing. 20 marked on road, but 30 on signs, then 20 if you turn left at dealership.

Guessing the road marking take longer than the peel off signs.
Problem is for Wales is that they have many long string conurbations which line the roads from A-B esp in the valleys and therefore longer distance journeys are made alot slower.. where as in England / Scotland we have many more motorways dual carriageways.

Our local enforcement is financed and administered by each town, and often they have an unmarked vehicle parked up on known hot spots; apparently it is considerd a good revenue source.
