They know how to waste money. Ordering a pizza would have done the same, just cheaper.

'The introduction of a 20mph speed limit on most residential roads across Wales from Sunday is proving one of the most controversial the Labour-run Welsh government has ever put in place'
And why?

Lots of useful data there for road safety purposes.
We don't listen to whining from shoplifters or burglars about efforts to restricted their law breaking, and neither society nor politicians should listen to road criminals complaining about efforts to rein in their offending.
And in Leeds this week as well apparently

What I noticed when this topic came about, was that overtaking cars heavily pollute in their acceleration to 30mph, prior to their reaching the 20mph average of near all other road traffic.
So, surely, a 20mph limit, is one step towards a Glasgow solution.
Saw them stopping bikes near the Corn Exchange, where the two-way cycle lane has replaced the road, on Thursday night.
Didn't see any being seized.
I noticed there wasn't as many outside around teatime, and wondered why.The person that mentioned it to me said (alledgegly) there were Immigration officers involved, but thats for the other place!
I don't go into Leeds as much as I used to, but its easily noticed just how many delivery riders there are now.
