assuming your shifters are from shimano road bike series (i.e. 8 speed claris or older 8 speed tiagra) then yes.

And assuming you have the fitting for the braze-on and not a band-on

The illustration on the link in the OP looks to be a 'double' FD.
If the OP wants an 8sp triple FD of this kind, then I'd go for the Claris (8sp). The cage is a bit wider (to allow for the 8sp chain width). and it's cheaper (quality likely the same). These are both braze-ons.
