England : Lincolnshire Bardney Loop Sunday 11th March

I`ll be looking at riding to Cossington and meeting you there. Could meet up with @Chris Doyle en route? Ellistown maybe? or whatever is the best for you Chris.

I live in Hugglescote and I’m only a mile from Ellistown, so I can happily meet you there @Lilliburlero then we can tootle down Copt oak rd, turning off to go down beacon hill through Quorn and Mountsorrel and into Cossington that way.

@Supersuperleeds, I thought I was leaving home at 7 to meet you at 7.45. Then 4 hrs for the other 60 miles.

I'm fine with that, I can leave home at 5:45 not 5:00 now

07:45 Meet at Cossington (0 miles)
10:00 Dry Doddington (Co-op stop for a quick bite, 30miles)
12:00 - 12:30 Bardney Heritage Centre (food + wait for others to arrive, 70 miles)
13:00 - 13:30 Leave Bardney for 49km loop (whenever everyone has arrived!)
15:30 - 16:30 Arrive Bardney (speed of the slowest, 100 miles )
15:45 - 16:45 Leave for Lincoln
16:30 - 15:30 Lincoln Station (110 miles)

I probably should add that the loop is by using Strava's heatmap and avoiding roads I've done a lot. Happy to take suggestions!

I`ll be doing Overseal, Moira, Ashby, Packington, Heather, Ibstock, Ellistown. Should be 12 mile max. I`ll leave it to you to get me to Cossington because I have no sense of direction

Yeah there’s different routes you can take, I guess it depends on you and how you feel! That said, if you want to go from ashby to ravenstone and through Hugglescote up I can meet you there so we can cut out ellistown and hit the main drag quicker, I’ll leave it entirely up to you! I’ll pm you my number so you can get in touch should you need to. Cossington shouldn’t be too bad, fairly downhill/flattish too so should be steady.

I’m happy with all of it- this will be my first 100+ miler so it’s all good to me!
