Battle of the Sexes

An interesting game which I've just seen on another forum.

Starting Value: 25

If you are male then you would subtract one to the total, if you are female you add one to the total.
The aim of the game is that the men need to get the total down to 0 before the women can get it up to 50.

Example:

Male: 24
Male: 23
Female: 24

I'll start us off, 24

It has nothing to do with age, it's simply adding or subtracting numbers in a challenge to reach your gender's goal first.
