Bring us a couple of cans of the Luminous Nights (top right) back would you?

I had both the Luminous Nights last night and if I'm honest I'm not really a fan.

I actually prefered the lighter one, but had my usual dry throat feeling that I sometimes get from hazy beers, Brewdog, Northern Monk, and Vocation ones seem to irritate my throat the most.

Working up in East Kilbride today so I paid a visit to Lidl for a look at their Scottish beer festival, reports to follow very soon.

I'm on the Beinn at the moment, and I missed the bit where it said hazy, luckily it's more of a semi opaque rather than a full on bowl of soup.

Definitely one I'd have again.

Treat time, albeit in a highly inappropriate glass.

So, while you were away stealing Belgium's beer, I snuck into Bristol and stole some of your local beer. An impressive cask mild from Wiper and True.

And one of their fruited sours with lots of guava and passion fruit.

A la recherche de la bière perdue according to the writing on the glass.

I'm north of the border again tonight and it's Sainsbury's to the rescue with these two beauties from Williams Bros.
