After months of procrastination, credit card debacles and a build date being pushed back 8 weeks, only to move forward from the original a big brown box weighing very little landed on my doorstep this morning.

You have changed the tyres, bar tape, and specified 25mm spacers? Did you keep to the 'original' spec seat pin, bars and stem? And the Prologo Zero saddle?

yup tyres, tape, spaces changed, the stem and post are 3T black series and the bars 3T ergonova, the saddle is the std prologo.

@youngoldbloke if the cruds do only require 4mm of clearance as advertised then they should be ok

I've seen that F1 malarky, you have to keep the tyres warm for extra grip in the bends
