Is anyone else having an issue with the sim not responding since the update?
I tried the following:
1. Switch it off and on again (I'm in IT so I know the first rule of IT club) :thumbsdown:
2. Uninstall, reboot and install.:thumbsdown:
3. Switched off AVG anti virus, reboot :thumbsdown:
4. Uninstall, reboot, check and remove spurious Bkool registry entries, reboot and install. :thumbsdown:
5. Sacrifice a small optical mouse to the god of software whilst wearing the shroud of Windows 3.11 :thumbsdown:

Pffft :cry: :banghead: help!!!

I have the same issue, i cannot use the sim anymore neither on computer or on android phone. I did almost the same step as you, uninstall, install, etc...
Nothing changed. I sent an email to bkool.
However, it worked fine yesterday just after updating the software...

This is where it is absolute nonsense that they have no user forum. You shouldn't be having to email them to deal with this sort of thing.....and getting back the usual bog standard generic responses. I am afraid this is where they seriously let themselves down. Do they really expect to issue a new software version and have no issues?

Back in November, on this forum, they promised to have their own user forum up and running "by the beginning of next year" ie three months ago. I wonder what's happened to it?
