Looks like when you turn the bars left it pulls at the cable and must have chipped it.

Cannot find receipt..........:cursing:

You shouldn't need one. Halfords should be able to find you and the bike on the computer

I have no idea what they'll offer. Read their warranty terms. Hopefully they won't say wear and tear. Best case they'll change the frame and cables though, no need for new bike?

Is it just me that thinks that's not worth worrying about?

Nope. Looks like wear and tear on the paint from where I'm sat.

No it's not just paint its about 2mm deep into the carbon, I am concerned though if it gets worse.

This is a £1300 bike, it should not do this surely?

Its also crumbled behind the cable too

Thanks

No so read the warranty terms. You won't get a new bike though, maybe a new frame. Usually, after 6 months the onus is also on you that there is a fault and the bike is not fit for purpose. If they get arsey
