I need to source a suitable grommet to fill this hole on my downtube…

This morning I took the opportunity to clean my grotty chain:

Result! 2g of grot removed!

Those grommets will probably weigh more than the banished grot... Think of those extra wasted microseconds!!

Got to love the madness hill climbers go to saving a bit of weight. My clubmate used to do it 35 years ago on his hill climb bike. Drillium etc etc, and the frame was steel - it was incredibly light - none of this carbon !

TBH I'm not entirely sure how to get the existing plastic cable-stop grommet out
