As said, it is all down to diet. Note, it is not about fibre, it is about eating the right fibre.
Checking, a few kiwi a day works, it having the right fibre. Oats in the morning misses out, near 100% on the more important fibre !
Is it a lifetime of media ignorance, forever generalizing on fibre?
I guess it's an individual thing. Kiwi fruit do nothing for me. It may be old school but I find prunes always come up trumps (and cause a few, let's be honest.)
