Although indirectly, hes made millions from the farming malarkey. I'm sure hed be happy to pass along a few tips.

Well, I guess if I wanted to make a complete t*t of myself on the telly - I could make a bob or two that way..🤔

Never say never, n all that.

But for now I think I'll stick with my more dignified - if slightly more modest income - from actually farming..

Plus, nowadays I've even got people who will pay me to tell them how I make a living at it.

Which is nice

Yes . So long as it isn't muck spreading !

That seems a bit unlikely on the road.

I mean we don't waste good manure on the verges.

I suppose if it was in France and they were having one of their 'Champs Elysees Away Days' it might be more of a risk , yes.

Was that a little grey Fergie I saw amongst that lot, seeing them coming towards me I might have been reaching for my phone to take some pictures.
I liked the little grey Fergie too.

That's the sort of monstrosity implement I was referring to upthread as being too big for local lanes.
Who? Clarkson or the tractor? Both are tools, one is smaller than the other, if you get my meaning.
