In fairness the driver did squirell his ass out fast to get to her.

Where the heck was the driver looking? The cyclist was directly in his line of vision. This is unforgiveable and I hope the driver has been reported was careless driving.

Specsavers case. Unbelieveable, simple failure to observe. Got to be due care (careless driving). Plus the third party costs. Insurance company won't like that!
