The world record was 20km in an hour (in Israel) but I think has been beaten. That struck me as pretty easy to beat...

Got to love riding no handed. I can do it for ages. Best to go round courners doing it, you really have to keep controlle of the bike. Its good for you.

Hehe...at 50 i still ride no handed occasioanally on a long ride. Did about 4 or 5 miles once on a long quiet stretch of country road. Round moderate bends isnt too hard. My niece saw me commuting one day no handed....she said to my wife later... 'isnt he a bit old for all that'
