Speak for yourself.

I don't tend to meet people at parties. I meet people when I work or study with them, or go on a group bike ride. It's fairly certain I'll talk to them at some point, whatever they look like.

Since all the men I've ever had relationships with have looked entirely different to each other, I don't think looks are important to me - or I have such broad taste that it is virtually irrelevant.

Also, add in the fact that there are men on this forum who I find attractive purely on the basis of their posting style, without knowing what they look like....
