One doesnt do ones own dirty work, but if there are any issues the one dispatches ones butler to "pop a cap" at the local riff-raff.

Cool story bro...
Plus, accepting help from such people makes you beholden to them - an uneasy position to get yourself into, I would've thought. Gangsters are seldom noted for their altruism. When will it be payback time, and what 'pay' will be required? If I had problems that "needed sorting out," I'm not sure I would seek the help of someone who has fleets of young kids out on mountain bikes dealing smack and crack? Someone who, with their crew of bullies, intimidates vulnerable people into storing drugs and weapons for them? Someone who sends a little mob to intimidate and assault local business owners, then miraculously make the problem go away when payed protection money?
I can only imagine some people are lucky enough to have nicer, more altruistic local gangsters than we have round our way!
