I only read it when DM rants get posted up on forums. It's a bit like seeing the skid marks in someone else's underwear and wondering who on earth is going to clean that up.

I scan the celebrity bit for every mention or circled instance of under-age cellulite. Downstairs at the newsagents, there is a veritable sea of Daily Mails to wade through early on a Saturday...each copy carefully being 'armed' with the 'comfy bootee' catalogues and Jeffrey Archer reviews so beloved of the fawn jacket brigade.

Other ... I read it but receive it hidden inside the Telegraph along with my copies of Viz, 2000 A.D., Penthouse and The Beano.
I like a little light complimentary reading but if like me, you don't usually admit to it, make sure you tip the paper boy regularly to ensure he keeps it discretely hidden from the neighbours.

I don't want to support 99% of what the DM publish, but they are doing a good job trying to raise awareness of the dangers of DVT. Some of you may understand why I have developed an interest in the subject (strong hint!!) ...

I see all the newspapers in my recycling job, sometimes a Mail headline is so compelling I just have to see what nonsense they've thought up now.
On the other hand, we get free copies of Private Eye and National Geographic, and last week I bagged a "Concrete International".
