Do you shower before you ride? (After work)

I often shower before a ride, especially if it's going to be a very long ride - purely for comfort reasons, as I find personal hygiene in the shorts department makes a big difference to comfort on long rides. I could probably manage without a full shower and just wipe my bits with a flannel but a shower has the extra benefit of waking me up.

I know good thing is at least I get paid for 2 of them

I don't work so therefore have no need to shower.....unless I go out on my bike, which is most days, one to wake up and one after, so that cancels it out.....

Three showers in one day!

Sometimes it can't be helped. I ride to work, get showered, then sometimes head to the gym at lunch, another shower. Then I ride home and need to shower. I have though cut down my gym trips but still, there are sometimes there's no avoiding the 3 shower stops. I only get paid for one.

I don't think I've ever had 4 showers in a day but maybe one day!

I have to shower before going to bed because Mrs Gti has the stove roaring and the double radiator kicking out heat with the TRV cranked fully open so I sit and sweat all evening. Hate going to bed sweaty.
