Me? - No. Don't have to, don't want to. I think I gave up the tie some 15 years ago, but there's still a tangled wad of ties in one of my desk drawers. Can't think why.
Curiously, the last chap in the office who always came in full suit and tie (now retired and - I trust - happily un-suited!) was a guy in a wheelchair. I think I asked him about it, in passing, once: was wondering whether he'd come out with stuff like "I may be disabled but in some ways I'm a lot smarter than the rest of you". But happily he made no such remark, he simply said "I wear a suit because I like wearing a suit, I feel comfortable in a suit, I feel it's the right thing to come to work in a suit". This was a guy speaking, who'd been paraplegic since childhood.
