Not had a single frost so far, nothing. We did have a flurry of heavy snow flakes a few days ago, lasted about 30 seconds, nothing since.
Fire is alight, Aga is going but I've turned the central heating off.

Weve had a week of hard fronts and ice. Fog hasnt shifted in 4 days.

Saturday reminded me that i need to switch my new to me MTB tyres to TL after i had to run some low pressures to have some fun whilst mostly staying upright:

It was fun getting up some 6-8% climbs, lets say my cadence was quite fast:laugh:

And still not sure (MTB virgin) if i would have been better having some degree of suspension on (i locked out both)

Daughter is getting her auto's winter tires put on tomorrow. we wrote the date they were swapped last year > April! shocked, she reminded us that she was hold up at her boyfriend's parents' house due to the pandemic until then

Will the country grind to a halt with 5mm of snow now those that still have jobs are all working from home?

5mm of snow will be enough to make the route from bed to kitchen table totally impassable, everyone will be on a duvet day.

Forecast is for slightly warmer tomotrow, so Poshire may lose this week long blanket of ice, frost and fog.

So far, this winter, we have had only one frost, and one icy morning, when car windscreen was iced up. Not even a single snow flake (of the icy type) has fallen.
