duff eye

Went out yesterday a bit windy got up this morning my eye is totally closed, so went up the docs told me caught a cold blast in my eye not to ride for a week (not a chance mate) . Dont know how this happened cause i wear glasses all the time has anyone on here had this

I've had a similar thing. It turned out to be an infection and when it had spread to the other eye I was functionally blind for several days. Light and dark and not a lot more.

I really advise you to take the time for it to recover. Mine needed Anti-biotic pilss and drops to sort out!

It did spread to the other eye and i didnt use the bike as i could not see ,lol,but my eye was so crusted in the morn i had to prize it open to put drops in .not a nice thing to catch though

Hope it's better now. If not persist with the Doctor as mine took two different drops before it went.

all sorted now thanks i had to take drops in morn and other ones in night glad its gone so back cycling
