The one that records what vaccine you had, batch number etc. You were supposed to take it to your 2nd appt!

Erm I did have that card and it doesn’t have my NHS number on it. Hence why I asked what little card (that does)

The admin was able to tell me my HCN and I wrote it on an initial card with my address, job etc.

Never saw it again - I only have the little business card sized card with batch no on it

My NHS number was hand-written on my card after jab 1. It should also be linked to your booking reference number, which the booking text does ask you to bring along with you. I could see mine on a paper list when the admin person drew a line through it.

Yeah it’s a bit messed up. The booking system doesn’t say you need to bring along your nhs number on the day, nor does it print on the confirmation. Then they ask for it at the vaccination places 🙄

No symptoms on either J1 or J2 - not even any soreness where the needle went in.

Had 2nd AZ last week.
1st one gave me aches and pains for 48hrs so much I went to bed.
2nd was not so bad, feel fine now though.

Had Pfizer jab #2 in the morning. Felt cream crackered, slept all afternoon, but was tip top the next day. Looks like I got all my symptoms with the first jabl
