Lovely. Don't think that tin will fit in your saddlebag though!
Looks more like cake than flapjack to me! Send some round for testing and I will tell you for sure if it is suitable......
They look so tasty, I am sure they would all be eaten before I got off of my driveway.
Definitely cake rather than flapjack, but i still wouldn't say no.
They look delicious, but for the more baking challenged readers, I can recommend these.
Definitely not flapjack. But it would be delicious piled in a bowl with custard.
C W has recipes in this weeks issue for various cycle friendly eats.
Just baked a couple of batches of flapjack for our cycling weekend, using the recipe from British Cycling. If I can manage it then its idiot proof and also aga proof !
Look more like raspberries to me.
people please!!! They are 100% Flapjacks with lemon and raspberry !
If they have lemon and raspberry (or sliced chorizo if you have @Dogtrousers' tired eyes), then they cannot be 100% flapjack!!
okay l give in lets say 70%!! So after only riding for a few weeks, I've drawn up a little training session and today did the long ride. I'm amazed that I did 29.9 miles, I'm so proud of myself!
Only problem is that the 1000 calories I burnt off are rapidly going back on courtesy of the flapjacks..........ALLRIGHT cakes
It's an easy thing to do, "I've ridden X miles so I can have a huge meal/ piece of cake". Unfortunately most of us (including me) wildly over estimate how much is burnt off when we ride, but then, that's part of the fun isn't it?
Just raided the B&M near work, even the lady on the checkout couldn't believe how cheap they are! Even better than that they taste great, although not as nice as Mrs W's which are the best in the world (obviously, just in case she's reading this forum).
