where do you get the wrist support?

Any chemist will have a supply of supports for most parts of your body.

The mischief is etched across your face sir. Besides, I just know she would be enthralled by the length of your ride. And she has huge tracts apparently...

Not that this has any connection .... I recall Mr W was recently left dazed & confused after getting far too close to a feral badger in deepest Somerset.

Slightly struggling with a late protest from the wife

My apologies with my laziness but what's our eta to the finish cafe and how long to ride to Bognor, it looks close on my hurried look at google maps

thanks

frankly I was about to pull out but rereading the sell on the first post has sucked me back in again, quick breako and early train and urgent pace from Victoria to home/Liverpool Street I reckons

it's usually between 7 and 8 in my limited experience, the station looked very close, to ride to anyway, jurney time was an hour and a half to Victoria for £5 I think

if the weather forecast holds then we should be there by eight. Otherwise 8.30. I'm sending out a little pdf showing distances to stations, but, put simply, Bognor is a bit over a mile away, Barnham and Littlehampton about five or six miles. If you're facing real problems getting back we pass Amberley and Arundel stations on the way down. We should be at Arundel at 6.45.

Check out the Southern website for any cheap fare offers they may have, but a single was about £15 last time I looked. Groupsave could help.

Coolio, I've just looked and off-peak tickets from Bognor to London are around £13. As long as I'm on a train by 10-ish him at home will calm down. It's his fault for having the rugby bbq on the 8th in the evening anyway. I'll be fine after a nap!
