Hi by by

I don't want to hear anymore of this defeatest talk @accyCome on,we know deep down inside that England won't win the WC,but we like to pretend to ourselves that we have a really good chance. It's a bit like Christmas. We all like to join in the festivities and the celebration of 'Our lord's' birthday, but deep down not many of us really think JC ever existed. It's an excuse for a piss up,to put our flags and bunting out and to all feel a part of one great thing. There's nothing wrong in doing this! It's the joining in of the world's greatest sporting event, whether you like football or not. If we go out on Tuesday i'll be disappointed not so much because we won't be winning the World Cup...again!,but because all the flags and bunting will be coming down and that feel good factor will disappear. Then we'll get down to the serious stuff of analysing Brazil's 'genius' or Argentina's 'blood and guts, never say die attitude'. Yawn bloody yawn!!![]()
