I grabbed a pair of these for use on flat pedals (seized on sadly) and the felt like heaven compared to the regular shoes I was using.

I will give them a try at that price
Also got a pair of these last week. they are light pretty stiff but the mesh upper means they are not ideal for winter, and the cleat cover was a pain in the ass to remove( they don't come with cleats)

No shoes come with cleats as far as I know, the pedals do
Pretty sure my last pair of Shimanos came with cleats but I may be wrong.
