If anyone needs a 9 speed cassette, they are pretty much giving them away at the mo. Just picked one up for £13 from CRC. Even cheaper on Wiggle.

Some very cheap lights. Cant's vouch for the quality, but at that price they're practically disposable.

I've one of the basic black ones (1st 2 listings on the page) at £3.79. It's OK but I'd only recommend it as a back-up light.

This. It's a bargain as a back up light.

That is cheap, I was happy paying £6.99 when I bought mine some time ago. I'll be putting them through their paces tonight on the IOW forum ride too!

With this weather and my shorts of last yeat - Muddyfox are not quite up to the distances I am doing now
Anyone seen any good bargains - must have a good pad

Have a look at the professional range at Tenn Outdoors. I am a heavyweight and the pad in mine is as good as the day I bought them this time last year. (I have two pairs of their shorts).

Seen them go as low as £18.

For sure, the prices vary between 18 and 25, it all depends when you purchase.

I think these are the best shorts I've ever bought

Ribble cycles are doing a 10% code, CASH10 on their site for various things like Vittoria and Veloflex tyres, Shimano, Campag, Fulcrum wheels. You need to spend £50 to qualify,
BUT
The code gives you 20% off Shimano wheels, so for example the Ultegra wheelset can be had for £199.99 or at the other end the R501 Standard set can be had for £57.59
Also found a Powerbar Energize bar 3 pack for 99p, best before date is April 2014

Just discovered it also takes 20% off Campag wheels as well

[tincaman]

Being a tightwad I only bought 9 Powerbars for £2.97
