Same situation, I forget the seller

edit - a quick check and it seems it was music, a 4 CD set where I got only 1 of the 4 CDs.
I suggested the most pain free solution of a 75% refund which they quickly actioned.

With smaller companies it can give them a serious financial problem so I avoid when knowing.

Sealskinz ladies gloves - I got a pair of these in the shop yesterday for £17.50. They're listed at half price but I think you can probably buy them for about £20 online so not that great a bargain. Still a reasonable price though.

I've not had Sealskinz before but have seem them recommended on here. I hope they'll be handy for next winter.

Maybe they have improved of late. I have some from near 10 years ago, used about once and got well wet from the inside.
At least I assume it was from the inside.
