Same here. Apparently they have been let down by suppliers.

Not sure what these are like as I use the clip system but around half the price of anywhere else. Sure there are lots of fans of the German Supermarket's "equivalents". I'm not. They are bulky, weighty and incredibly ugly - the tool included is pretty decent though.

Apologies for the big letters - my eyesight is severely deteriorating as I am an old man.

If you hold 'CTRL' and scroll your mouse wheel, you can alter the size of the text on your screen. Holding 'CTRL' and pressing the + or - button will work too, usually.
