I went into Decathlon in Stockport today and picked up a breathable waterproof down from £40 to £10.

Can't find a link to it on the Decathlon site so it's obviously on clearance.

They had a few left, small and xxl in red only.

Yes, it is a bit odd but I just checked and I'm not logged in. Just double-checked link and it does seem to work.

I discovered that they also do a very reasonable charger which, importantly, appears to charge batteries individually.

7dayshop nimh batteries are worse lies than batteries direct from china.

Their batteries have been tested, and show very very high exaggerations.

ie 3000mAH which are actually 2100mAH.

Finally decided to get some, so just got some cheapies still (missed the PBK offer else I might have spent the £13 or so quid there).

They work perfectly fine for inners, outers doesn't always have a perfect cut - though the design of outers I don't see how a more expensive pair could.
