Got the 38mm versions, they look huge on the bike, like mountain bike tyres.
They do roll really well, my times are no slower than the 28mm tyres I was running before. Comfort wise they are great, running at 70psi rear and 60psi front.

From experience I wouldn't bother with the cheaper panniers - more hassle than they are worth. I have found Vaude to be very good. Some of the items I've listed aren't cheapest ever but not far off. The stereo is cheapest UK price and a fantastic bit of kit. Apologies to the mods that isn't strictly bike related.
